Oegosan Onggi Village in Onyang-eup holds the Ulsan Onggi Festival, which presents various pottery works and an experience program for making traditional pottery, or onggi. Oegosan Onggi Village is the country’s only traditional pottery production village.

Dalcheon Iron Mine in Buk-gu, a famous iron producing area, had several iron smelting (soeburi) sites nearby. Local people traditionally participated in the SoeburiNori(IronSmelting Festival), which expressed the iron production process in the form of a folk festival. As Buk-gu’s major event, Ulsan Soeburi Festival aims to reproduce and preserve this traditional festival.

Ulsan Grand Park’s Rose Garden not only presents a picturesque view of beautiful roses but also offers entertainment, such as laser shows, the Rose Valley Concert, and street performances.
